George Santacroce is the Chief Commercial Officer at Carnegie Technologies D.O.O. and operates from the Company Headquarters in Austin, Texas.
George has been instrumental in leading the effort to define, develop and deploy the Business Strategy for OCTOPUS , a Marketplace Engagement Platform with application across a broad number of verticals including Telecom, Loyalty & Rewards Management, Community Platforms, and Enterprise Solutions, building a world class team of individuals to execute the Business Development and support the technology team of over 80 developers and engineers.
In his executive career, George has held leadership positions at The Collective – Aditya Birla Group in India; Tommy Bahama; Tommy Hilfiger; Yves St Laurent, Burberry, Bergdorf Goodman and Moods of Norway AS and been an entrepreneur leading and defining strategies in Mobile First Commerce at a SF based startup, a Consumer Centric Digital Engagement Platform and Global Market Solutions (Founder/CEO, 7 years).
His global consumer-centric expertise centers on brand development; business strategy; startups and turnarounds; global market expansion; and international partner management. As CEO of Global Market Solutions, George has identified and built business relationships to drive international brand penetration and has overseen foreign operations and financial performance.
George has held global (U.S., India, Europe) responsibilities in business development; strategic alliances; operations; financing; IT; product development, licensing, and sourcing; and shareholder value creation. In addition, he lead the development of India’s first Luxury Retail Concept and introduced over 50 of the world’s leading fashion brands to that market.
